About the Owners
Joshua and Ranika Gilliam are the founders, owners and creative geniuses responsible for Team Gilliam Snack & Food Shack. Ranika and her husband Joshua were a young couple back in 2014 when they started catering for events with only a tent and a table. As time went on It became popular as more and more people have come to love the food they prepare.
We had our food trailer custom built to a full kitchen where we prepare delectable meals onsite at any event. At present, we are vendors for the Independent School District.
